1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bigwin29 ("bigwin29," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bigwin29 website located at bigwin29.pro, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by bigwin29, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

bigwin29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS card, or UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of bigwin29 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify bigwin29 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• bigwin29 will never contact you to request your password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your bigwin29 account — is prohibited.

bigwin29 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

bigwin29 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your bigwin29 account in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• bigwin29 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• bigwin29 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours, subject to verification requirements.
• bigwin29 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bigwin29 account.
• bigwin29 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bigwin29 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• bigwin29 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time if it suspects abuse or violation of these Terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• bigwin29 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bigwin29 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

bigwin29 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bigwin29 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bigwin29 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bigwin29 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bigwin29 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bigwin29 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bigwin29.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bigwin29 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

bigwin29 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall bigwin29's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bigwin29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection

bigwin29 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bigwin29 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and bigwin29's legitimate business interests.

11Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

You may close your bigwin29 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13Amendments to These Terms

bigwin29 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bigwin29 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to bigwin29's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
